A phenomenal mix of blues songs with a hard rock edge to them. Full of beautiful slides and toe tapping drum beats. What I love about the album the most is its ability to sound both old fashioned (like something from 1930s American Deep South) and also sound incredibly modern (with some Trent Reznor-esque vocals in places). The standout track is Devil At Your Door but all 6 tracks are all excellent. It’s a consistently great EP and I can’t wait to hear a full album.
